Orders & Payment

• All orders placed with us are subject to acceptance and availability.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

• Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to share payment details and confirm your order.

• In case we are unable to reach you within a reasonable time frame, we reserve the right to cancel your order without prior notice.

Delivery Time:

• Formal Dresses: Delivery takes approximately 25–30 working days from the date of order confirmation.

• Other Items: Delivery takes approximately 15–17 working days from the date of order confirmation.

• Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, or shipment delays).

Returns, Exchanges & Complaints:

• We follow a strict quality control process before dispatching every order.

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must provide an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery for the complaint to be registered.

• Complaints without a proper unboxing video or those submitted after 24 hours will not be entertained.

• Custom-made or altered items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Order Cancellations:

• Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of order placement.

• After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as production may have already started.

Care Instructions:

To maintain the beauty, quality, and longevity of your garments:

• Dry Clean Only – especially for formal and embellished outfits.

• Store garments in a cool, dry place, preferably in garment bags.

• Avoid hanging heavy outfits for long periods; fold them neatly to prevent stretching.

• Keep away from direct sunlight to avoid fabric discoloration.

• Avoid spraying perfume directly on fabric or embellishments.

• Handle delicate embroidery and embellishments with care.
